At Phat Krusher, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund if the claim is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
